Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Wire Transfer.

Arrival/Departure
Check-in is at noon and check-out is at noon. Late check-out by 8pm for additional $75. One week rental includes free transfer from Lima International Airport to apartment (non-stop, one-way) for up to 3 passengers. Additional passengers not included. Return transportation to airport available for a fee.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
Cleaning Fee
Renters must pay a $60 per week cleaning fee that provides for maid service three times a week. Maid service includes washing linens and towels, dusting and wiping all rooms, and emptying trash.
Rental Agreement
All renters must sign a rental agreement and a credit card authorization form, and place a 50% deposit in order to reserve their desired dates.
Restrictions
Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is not permitted.
Cancellation
Payments are refundable up to 60 days prior to start of rental period, less a $50 processing fee, and are non-refundable from 59 to 0 days prior to start of rental period.
